Hit the limit on a paid plan? Queries continue at €0.10 each, billed at month end. Prefer a hard cap? Set one in workspace settings and AI responses pause instead of accruing overage.

What counts as an AI query?
Each time Serv reads from a connected tool or generates a response in the incident channel, that counts as one query. Opening the channel and paging on-call do not count.
What happens when I hit the limit?
On Startup and Team, queries continue at €0.10 each and are billed at the end of the month. You can also set a hard cap to prevent overage entirely. On Starter, AI responses pause until the next billing cycle.
Can I see how many queries I have left?
Yes. The Serv panel shows a usage bar with your remaining monthly budget, broken down per incident. You can also check it in your workspace settings at any time.
What is a responder?
Anyone who joins an incident channel. There is no per-seat cost on any paid plan. Invite your whole team without worrying about the bill.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for open source or non-profits?
Yes, for fully open source projects with no paid tiers or premium features. If your project is open core or has a commercial offering, it does not qualify. Email us and we will take a look.
